We run 25+ classes every week.
But it’s not random workouts or confusing options — it’s one smart training system that builds strength, fitness, muscle, and mobility across the week.

This is where real change happens.
We run these three times a week — and they’re the backbone of everything we do at Lift Club.
Barbells, dumbbells, proper strength work.
Expect Squats, Lunges, Presses and Rows — the kind of training that actually changes your body over time.
Show up consistently to these and you’ll feel the difference fast.

This is your “get fitter without suffering on a treadmill alone” session.
Expect ergs (rowers, bikes, skis), functional movements, and a bit of burpee-based character building.
Kettlebell swings. Dumbbell snatches. Big sweat.
And don’t stress — everything has levels, so you’ll always have a place to start.

Where strength meets performance.
This is where we take everything you’ve built in Build and Capacity and actually put it to work.
Think moving weight fast, training explosively, and combining strength with conditioning in a way that feels athletic and powerful.
Deadlifts, overhead press, ergs, dumbbells — all brought together in a fast-paced, pairs-based session.
Strong. Fit. Capable.

Saturday’s CLUB is where the whole gym comes together.
Teams of 3–4, working through a high-energy, full-body workout built around ergs, barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells.
It’s loud. It’s fast. It’s a bit chaotic in the best way.
And it’s the one session people end up loving the most.
