BUT WHAT CLASSES DO YOU HAVE?

Sure! With over 25 epic classes each week and a program that improves strength, muscle mass, fitness and mobility all in the same week - Lift Club is something special.

Here’s a quick overview of our classes so you can choose the right class for your goals.

  • Run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our build classes are the backbone of the Lift Club program. If you’re keen to build overall strength and muscle these are the classes for you!

    A typical lower body Build day would include exercises like:

    Barbell Back Squats, Hip Thrusts, Split Squats and Romanian Deadlifts.

    Make Build a staple in your week for optimal results.

  • If you’re up for a sweat, showing up for our mid-week Wednesday cardio class is a must.

    Capacity uses ergs (rowers, skis and bikes) alongside functional and explosive movements such as Kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches and yup - a burpee or two to level up your cardiovascular fitness.

    Don’t worry if you’re not feeling super fit right now, we have levels for every workout so you can choose the level that suits you!

  • Our Friday Hybrid class combines elements of our strength focused Build classes and our cardio focused Capacity classes into an all round epic strength and conditioning class.

    We’ll hit Barbell deadlifts, overhead press and round out the session with a pairs-based conditioning block using ergs, barbell and dumbbells.

  • Saturday’s CLUB rounds out the weeks training with an all-in, team based workout.

    Think teams of 3 or 4 working together to complete targets on ergs interspersed with functional dumbbell, kettlebell and barbell movements.

    The beats are loud, the energy electric, and the pace is relentless.
