  • We know it can be a bit nerve-wracking stepping into a new gym for the first time, so we’ve got the lowdown for our first timers here. Whether you’re a total newbie to lifting, or you’re a gym bro stepping into LC for the first time, we want you to feel totally comfortable and at ease so you can start off your sweat sesh on the right foot.

  • Yes and YES! We are experts in taking complete newbies and transforming them into fully confident, barbell squatting, gym bunnies in no time. We will guide you through every step and ensure that each exercise is scaled to a level that is appropriate for you.

  • We get it, it’s important to try before you buy and make sure Lift Club is the right vibe for you (we’re pretty damn confident it will be). So we’ve created a really cool intro offer.   • Lift Club is its own thing! We utilise elements of multiple training styles such as strength training, bodybuilding and Crossfit style functional training to improve strength, muscle and fitness. All Lift Club movements are selected based on their stimulus-to-fatigue ratio, skill requirements and injury risk. However you won’t find barbell Olympic lifting, handstand walks or kipping pull ups here (no disrespect to our CF homies, we love you).

  • We are tucked away in the bustling central suburb of Eden Terrace.

    Parking is super easy…

    Morning classes: Pull up right in front of the gym or feel free to park at out next door neighbours.

    Midday and 4.30pm classes: As Minnie St. gets extremely busy during the day, your best bet is to park up at Bright Street and take the underpass walkway directly to us.

    5pm and 5.30pm classes: Grab a park either right out front, at our neighbours or on Minnie Street itself.

  • Absolutely. We intend to get you sweating, so we have two showers on site for your use. Just bring a towel and you are good to go!

    We've also got our bathrooms fully decked out with hairdryers, straighteners and body wash, as we know how good it feels to pamper yourself after a good sweat sesh.

  • Uhhmm heck yes. We’re tired of seeing dodgy training and harmful practices in this industry. Qualifications are there for a reason. All of our coaches are level 3 & 4 qualified personal trainers and are the kind of humans that never stop learning. Rest assured, we know our shit.

  • Your membership will be processed through a weekly debit via the Lift Club app. All memberships have a 1 month minimum term and a 14 day cancellation notice period.
