Lift Club is elite style training for normal humans.

Born out of a desire to build a community of rad, like minded people thriving in their fitness, we created Lift Club to tick all of the boxes. Lift Club follows an evidence-based, progressive, 10 week training block. Combining elements of powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional training and aerobic fitness to support a well rounded human that thrives in all capacities.

Build

Our build sessions are the backbone of our programming at Lift Club. Combining elements of barbell strength training, bodybuilding and functional lifting, Build is designed to get you strong, upgrade your muscle mass, and improve your mobility. You don’t want to miss these sessions.

CAPACITY

A cardio session like no other. Designed to improve both your anaerobic and aerobic fitness through high-intensity interval style efforts in our Tuesday session and longer, sustained efforts in our Thursday session. Each will challenge your energy system differently to provide endurance and stamina that complements your Build sessions.

CLUB

This is what Lift Club is all about. Saturday’s CLUB brings the entire gym together to participate in an all-in, community-focused, team based workout. Think teams of 3 or 4, barbells, ergs, dumbbells, balls, kettle…. basically everything. The beats are loud, the energy electric, and the pace is relentless. Grab your crew. It’s time for a CLUB sesh.
