Not at all friend! Cut Club is designed to show you how to eat a predominantly health-focused diet of nutrient dense unprocessed foods while still including some of those fun foods we all love. This ensures a sustainable way of eating you can maintain after the program has finished.

This is fine and expected! Our meal plan is just used as an example of what a day of eating for may look like. Throughout the program you will learn to track your calories and macronutrients and make flexible decisions based on what foods you enjoy, leave you feeling great and meet your daily nutrient goals.

This program is designed to work with most lifestyles. Alcoholic drinks on occasion with appropriate intakes will not affect results and may help with adherence. Drinking more than 2-3 standard drinks in one sitting should be avoided during this program.

Protein is an essential part of Cut Club for its satiety, recovery and muscle building benefits. Your protein targets will be calculated for you and will vary based on your bodyweight. However you will be required to consume protein at each meal along with 1-2 shakes per day.

Lucky for you, both coaches Jax & Ella are vegan and all of our recipes are designed to be easily interchangeable between omnivores and vegetarians/vegans. You’re in good hands.

While some basic cooking skills are essential, this program is not about super fancy recipes that require lots of time and skill. Instead, we focus on helping you to plan simple, macro-friendly recipes that are repeatable and able to be prepped in advance.

We know it can be a bit nerve-wracking stepping into a new gym for the first time, so we’ve got the lowdown for our first timers here. Whether you’re a total newbie to lifting, or you’re a gym bro stepping into LC for the first time, we want you to feel totally comfortable and at ease so you can start off your sweat sesh on the right foot.

Yes and YES! We are experts in taking complete newbies and transforming them into fully confident, barbell squatting, gym bunnies in no time. We will guide you through every step and ensure that each exercise is scaled to a level that is appropriate for you.

Your membership will be processed through a weekly debit via the Lift Club app. All memberships have a 1 month minimum term and a 14 day cancellation notice period.
